My story is one of grief and loss, failed relationships,
rocky starts, and feelings of loneliness.

It is also a story of finding inner peace, taking control, and rewriting my story.

Through difficult times it felt my struggles were mine to fight alone, the sense of defeat was overwhelming. Taking a leap with therapy proved to be instrumental in helping me create a life I was proud of, a life where I could thrive, and a life where I believed in myself and those around me. Therapy provided an outlet for me to grow and understand that setbacks are not failures and do not define my entire sense of self. On the other side, I now recognize myself as a stronger more self-assured individual.

Therapy offers a passenger on your journey to help you navigate your growth and offer support as you make instrumental life changes. Therapy focuses on being non-judgmental and offers the opportunity to feel safe being open and honest with personal challenges. Everyone is entitled to write their own story and to live within their truth. It can be difficult to navigate the ongoing challenges of everyday life with the pressures of the world. When life feels overwhelming and you are ready to take that next step, I am here to help you navigate life’s challenges to become your best self.

In the early years of my career, I focused my attention on helping at-risk children and families. The foundation of my education and training focus on childhood trauma, adverse childhood experiences, developing coping skills, parenting skills, and marriage and family therapy. I offer EMDR therapy and have a strong passion for guiding people through traumatic experiences to enhance their overall well-being. Additionally, I have been trained in perinatal mental health therapy and have a desire to offer better support to expectant and new parents as they navigate the emotional journey of pregnancy and parenthood.

I have specialized training in:

  • Adverse Childhood Experiences

  • EMDR

  • Maternal Mental Health

  • Marriage and Family Therapy

“Great experience so far. Jackie is great with my kids.”

I have just started therapy here, and have really enjoyed talking to someone who just listens and talks with me about what is going on in my life.

“Unwritten Endings has been fantastic for my 11 year old son. They are welcoming and made him feel comfortable right away. He was unsure about starting therapy to help him find some coping strategies, but now he enjoys coming and sharing about some struggles he’s having. I would highly recommend!”
