My story is filled with difficult experiences, frustrations, and self-doubt.
But it is also one filled with forgiveness, self-discovery, and great accomplishments.
When I was younger, I didn’t know how to name my feelings or how to improve them. All I knew was that I couldn’t stand to be alone with myself, because that meant I had to feel my feelings.
As I found my path in Social Work, I learned so much about myself and how to help myself at the same time that I was learning how to help others.
I began my journey toward healing and self-discovery. A journey that isn’t linear. A journey that will likely be never-ending. And a journey that has gotten me to where I am now.
I have over 6 years of experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children, as well as young adults. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs and challenges faced by these age groups. I am passionate about guiding my clients through their unique journeys, whether they are navigating academic challenges, social-emotional development, or personal growth. My approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and a commitment to personalized care.
