Meet Our Clinical Supervisors

Guidance that shapes the healers of tomorrow.

At Unwritten Endings, we are committed not only to the clients we serve, but also to the growth of the next generation of therapists. Many of our clinicians begin their journey as Limited Licensed Master Social Workers (LLMSWs). This credential requires them to complete a master’s degree in social work and then work under supervision while gaining real-world experience.

To become fully licensed as an LMSW, therapists must complete 4,000 hours of post-graduate clinical experience over at least two years, all while engaging in weekly supervision with an experienced, fully licensed clinician. This supervision process is a cornerstone of professional growth: it allows new therapists to reflect on their work, gain feedback and insight, strengthen clinical skills, and ensure the highest standards of ethical and effective care.

Our clinical supervisors bring years of expertise, compassion, and leadership to this role. They guide LLMSWs through challenges, celebrate successes, and help shape their professional identities. In turn, this process not only supports the development of our therapists but also directly enhances the quality of care every client receives.

There is wisdom behind every teacher, and a story behind every supervisor…
