Meet Our Clinical Supervisors

Guidance that shapes the healers of tomorrow.

At Unwritten Endings, we are committed not only to the clients we serve, but also to the growth of the next generation of therapists. Many of our clinicians begin their journey as Limited Licensed Master Social Workers (LLMSWs). This credential requires them to complete a master’s degree in social work and then work under supervision while gaining real-world experience.

To become fully licensed as an LMSW, therapists must complete 4,000 hours of post-graduate clinical experience over at least two years, all while engaging in weekly supervision with an experienced, fully licensed clinician. This supervision process is a cornerstone of professional growth: it allows new therapists to reflect on their work, gain feedback and insight, strengthen clinical skills, and ensure the highest standards of ethical and effective care.

Our clinical supervisors bring years of expertise, compassion, and leadership to this role. They guide LLMSWs through challenges, celebrate successes, and help shape their professional identities. In turn, this process not only supports the development of our therapists but also directly enhances the quality of care every client receives.

There is wisdom behind every teacher, and a story behind every supervisor…

What Our Clients Are Saying…

“All the staff goes above and beyond to make clients and their families comfortable (such as a sweet little snack shelf and an assortment of beverages). Even my 11 year old is comfortable; and she’s a hard sell. 🙂 thanks Unwritten Endings!”

”I’ve worked with Andrea as both a clinician and as an administrator. You’d be hard-pressed to find someone who works as hard—or who cares more about their clients—than her. Her clinical skills are exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services.”

“When dealing with a child facing challenges of the world and self it is very difficult to place their mental health care in the hands of others…but it is absolutely in their best interest to get the care they need…I believe Andrea’s gentle loving easy going approach will give them the understanding care that can help them learn to cope with the daily life.”

“In a time when stress, anxiety, depression, and fear seem so prevalent, we are fortunate to have therapists who can help our lives significantly. Andrea Lunn is a therapist who genuinely cares for people. With her skill, passion, and loving heart, she is a true asset to our world.”

“Andrea is sweet, thoughtful and most importantly thorough and precise. She takes pride in what she does and has an AMAZING heart and compassion for others. My son looks forward to seeing her for every appointment. I’d highly recommend Andrea to anyone who needs her! Thanks for all you do, Andrea! We appreciate you!”

“As you observe Charlie working with children, you can see how he easily relates to them and earns their trust.  He addresses their needs behaviorally, socially, and academically and works diligently to meet these needs, while at the same time striving to build their confidence and help them deal with stressful situations.”

“I have had the pleasure of watching Charlie work with kids first hand. He easily relates to them and makes them feel comfortable. He works well with them both academically and socially and puts his heart in every one on one session.”
