Growing up with a learning disability, I was often told what I could not accomplish. Many decisions about my future seemed to be made for me, with little consideration for the dreams and goals I held for myself. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be the author of my own story, regardless of the obstacles placed in my path.

Throughout my life, I frequently found myself caring for family members and supporting those around me through difficult circumstances. These experiences cultivated a deep passion for helping others and strengthened my faith in the resilience and worth of every individual. They taught me that our challenges do not define us and that each person deserves the opportunity to rewrite the narratives that have been written for them.

I believe therapy provides a space where people can explore their experiences, discover their strengths, and create meaningful change. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges and move toward the future they envision for themselves.

I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. It is truly a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they build confidence, embrace growth, and continue writing their own stories.
