My story is filled with grief, loss, and disconnection.
It’s also a story of resilience, courage, and healing.
I have learned that healing is not a destination but a continuous journey—one that requires patience, support, and self-compassion. Through my own experiences, I came to understand the profound impact that feeling truly seen and supported can have on someone’s life. From a young age, I knew my purpose was to offer that support to others. I found my path in social work and discovered a deep passion for animal-assisted therapy, where the human-animal bond serves as a powerful tool for emotional connection and growth.
Throughout my career, I have been especially drawn to working with individuals navigating eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, and those on the autism spectrum. I believe in meeting people where they are, offering nonjudgmental support, and walking alongside them as they reclaim their strength. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to providing personalized, holistic, and trauma-informed care.
Healing is not meant to be done alone.
Whether through the presence of a compassionate therapist, the unconditional love of an animal, or the resilience we discover within ourselves, growth happens in connection. I am honored to be a part of that journey with my clients, helping them find hope, self-acceptance, and the courage to move forward.
